remember fondly when aar came to my town

in new orleans we had to start a campaign to get it, sending out leaflets, enlisting family members and friends, pledging support, to the baton rouge station which was considering it at the time but they weren't sure

well we got it finally, but in a reduced format, only randy, and al franken and malloy for some reason, the rest was filled with some local food show and other nonsense, no majority report, which didn't make a difference to me since i listened online anyway and with podcasts, but yes it was exciting at the time, driving late at night if i happened to be out, turn on the radio and hear malloy, gave me a thrill everytime (being used to listening to malloy on a funky old laptop with dial-up!)

and we never got it back - i think we should probably start a campaign now for novaM but frankly, i am tired, don't you get tired sometimes, of always doing the same thing over and over?
